Linosa

Linosa is a handmade rug that takes its name from the Sicilian island in the Pelagie archipelago, evoking the atmosphere of a woven island within the home. Each piece is crafted on a manual loom, following one of the oldest and most sophisticated weaving techniques of northern India. Every knot reflects the meticulous workmanship of linen, giving the rug a unique tactility and refined presence.

Made from 80% linen warp with hand-knotting and 20% cotton weft, Linosa embodies authenticity and artisanal care. Its delicate shades of colour and subtle variations between pieces highlight the natural beauty of the fibres and the entirely manual process. No two rugs are identical, making each one a distinctive object with its own story.
