Ferruccio Laviani
Born in Cremona in 1960, Ferruccio Laviani is an Italian architect and designer known for his impactful work across industrial design, interiors, and retail. Since 1999, he has collaborated with Dada and Molteni&C, shaping signature projects such as the Hi-Line and Dial kitchens, as well as sofa collections like Hi-Cove, Holiday, and Freestyle — all distinguished by their formal rigor and functional elegance.
A graduate of Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano (1986), Laviani began his career with Michele De Lucchi and was closely associated with the Memphis movement. He went on to serve as Art Director for Kartell and worked with brands including Flos, Moroso, and Dolce & Gabbana.
