Smeralda
Smeralda is a modern designer armchair created by Swedish architect and designer Anna von Schewen for De Padova. Defined by its soft curves and slightly retro character, it features a gently enveloping upholstered seat and backrest that create an intimate, protective space. The exposed steel frame—painted in matte anthracite grey—and the contrasting elastic cords add a bold graphic tension, making the armchair visually light yet structurally solid. With its refined silhouette and strong personality, Smeralda is ideal for contemporary interiors that value both comfort and distinctive design.
