Yak Outdoor

A natural ash wood frame, slightly inclined legs and an external shell made of natural full grain leather: Yak is the armchair with atmospheres of distant lands and contrasting textures. The combination of materials, artisan crafting and all the elements of the system are perfectly balanced, for a versatile and absolutely contemporary chair. It’s also perfect outdoors.

Technical Specifications
FRAME: frame in black powder-coated stainless steel with elastic straps for outdoor use. Legs and bands in natural Teak, oil-finished.

EXTERNAL BODY: Woven polypropylene yarn.

PADDING: seat cushions, backrest and armrest in polyester fibre with polyurethane foam structure covered with waterproof polyester cloth. Double-sided seat cushions: one side is soft, the other firmer.

EXTERNAL COVER: removable cover in outdoor fabric - i.e. for external use.

PROTECTIVE COVER (optional): cover in polyester
Meet the designer
Lucidi Pevere

Paolo Lucidi (1974) Luca Pevere (1977).
Both graduated and professionaly trained in Milan, they started to develop their first projects together since 2003 and in 2006 founded their studio LucidiPevere. They are facing constant challenges using unusual technics and aesthetic means to develop new forms of products.

Some of the brands LucidiPevere work with are De Padova, Zanotta, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Agape, Ligne Roset, Foscarini, Kristalia, Living Divani, Normann Copenhagen, Very Wood, Emu, Casamania, DeCastelli, La Cividina, Teracrea. Their products appeared in different museums and won major awards such as Designpreis Deutschland, Red Dot Design Award, Good Design Award, Compasso d’Oro Honourable mentions and many others. They took part in various exhibitions in Europe and in the U.S. and appeared in different publications.
